The Holtville Vikings (4-0) hosted the Calexico Bulldogs (3-1) in a cross-league Imperial Valley football matchup at Birger Field in Holtville, CA on Friday, September, 17, 2021. The Vikings managed to slide by with the victory 29-28 in a very well-contested matchup. The Holtville Vikings were coming off a big 42-10 victory over Maranatha Christian. On the other side, the Calexico Bulldogs were also coming off a victory, defeating Yuma 21-12.
