The Palo Verde Yellowjackets made the trip to Eagle Field in El Centro last night to take on the Vincent Memorial Scots in both teams’ first Desert League matchup of the season.

The Yellowjackets took the lead fast and early and never looked back, defeating the Scots 56-28.
