The Conquistadores, just coming off a win against the Hanks Knights of El Paso, 59-21, look to find the edge over Central in their last matchup before opening up 5A-1 District play against the El Dorado Aztecs of El Paso in two weeks.
The Central Spartans, coming in off a big win over the Calexico Bulldogs last week to open up Imperial Valley League play, 42-6, look to silence the naysayers before resuming Imperial Valley League play against the Imperial Tigers next week.
